Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all gaskets, bolts, and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Murphys

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our warehouse, noting the RMA number clearly on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
